PISS Announce New Album you made me / skin on linen: Hear “time loop at hot slit”

The ferocious, shapeshifting Vancouver punk band PISS signed to Sub Pop in the spring, and now they're ready to roll out their first album for the vaunted PNW label. The day before Halloween, Sub Pop (and Paper Bag Records in Canada) will put out you made me / skin on linen . They're introducing it with "time loop at hot slit," a frantic outburst about growing up amidst systemic violence that reportedly has emerged as an anthem within the band's local scene.

Some of the people with whom I shared the earliest version of “time loop at hot slit” take the stage to sing it themselves. Our local scene has been singing this song with us for two years!! It's very exciting to finally share it with the world, but no matter where it ends up, it will always belong to the femmes, queers, and weirdos in the Vancouver underground community <3
