Camera, action! For the first time in Strictly history, all the contestants will get their closeup in movie week. It’s also the first elimination of the series, with the result being announced on Sunday at 7.10pm. Before then, the dancers take us into the worlds of Beauty and the Beast, A Star Is Born, Pretty Woman and … Baywatch! Will John and Katya remain at the top of the scoreboard? Or is it another couple’s time to shine? Hollie Richardson

It’s audience v contestant in another round of John Bishop’s upbeat new quizshow. “How many times is YMCA sung in the Village People’s hit song?” is just one question everybody needs to answer, but will someone steal the prize pot from the “crowd” by answering correctly? HR

This profile of our monarchical overlords’ tastefully modest abode through the seasons reaches spring. Brace yourselves for looks at rare daffodils, VE day preparations and an experience that will surely be familiar to all as British summer time looms, having to reset your 500 historic clocks. Alexi Duggins

As it concludes, this stylish French period drama becomes a courtroom saga, with dastardly manoeuvres in dark rooms replaced by the public joust that is the trial of the damned, elusive Marguerite Steinheil (Evelyne Brochu). At this point, the Paris press become more important than the police: who cares what the verdict is, when public opinion matters more? Jack Seale

Mark Bonnar and Patricia Hodge guest-star in the final series of this enjoyably meta murder mystery trilogy. Book editor Susan (Lesley Manville) is mentoring a troubled writer who is taking over the Atticus Pünd (Tim McMullan) detective novels, and this week she warns him of the danger of mixing real life, or rather, people, too much with fiction. HR

Named for a sub-par Indian takeaway in a small Gwent town, this lo-fi animated comedy is like a surreal Welsh take on Bob’s Burgers. This marathon of six episodes includes some sly digs at the coal-mining heritage industry and a bombastic car chase featuring a TV detector van. Graeme Virtue

A non-stop train is a terrific vehicle for an action thriller. The good guys and the bad guys are trapped together and there’s minimal space to swing a sickle, so you have to come up with original ways to disable your foe. In Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s relentlessly bloody, often exhilarating Indian film, top commando Amrit (Lakshya) boards the New Delhi service to be with his secret lover, who is engaged to another, but this coincides with a heist by a family of bandits, led by the psychotic Fani (Raghav Juyal). It’s the one against the many, but no prizes for guessing the result. Simon Wardell
