Argentine pop star Tini has addressed the last-minute cancellation of her concert at Miami’s Kaseya Center on Sunday after the decision sparked frustration among fans, some of whom had traveled to the city specifically for the show.
The 29-year-old singer, who rose to fame through Disney’s Violetta series and whose full name is Martina Stoessel, said in an Instagram statement that the venue had been delivered several hours late and that essential technical and safety requirements for her “FUTTTURA World Tour” production had not been met.
“This was not a simple technical issue,” Tini wrote in Spanish, explaining that sound, lighting, and video systems remained unfinished and that necessary safety inspections could not be completed.
“Everyone was ready to go on stage,” she added, insisting that her team worked until the last moment to make the performance possible. “Safety and respect for the audience are non-negotiable.”
Concert promoter Ake Music also attributed the cancellation to unmet technical and production requirements , emphasizing that the circumstances were beyond the singer’s control. Ticket holders were directed to their original points of purchase for refunds. No replacement concert has been announced.
