Panchiko Announces 2027 US Tour Behind New Album Chimera

Panchiko have announced a full 2027 US tour in support of their forthcoming album, Chimera . The run features a rotating cast of openers including billy woods, Puzzle, Clarion, Korea Girl, Alison’s Halo, she’s green, sundots, Novulent, and Stomach Book.

The tour kicks off April 13th in San Antonio and continues through May 15th in Mesa, Arizona, with stops in New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Denver, Seattle, and Inglewood along the way. Tickets go on sale beginning Friday, November 6th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster .

Panchiko previously announced Chimera last month alongside lead single “One Car Hits Another,” featuring Mei Semones. The album arrives in full on April 9th via Nettwerk and also includes appearances from billy woods, Korea Girl, Clarion, Abby Sage, Cotillon, Lula Nova, and others. The band has now shared an official video for “One Car Hits Another,” which premiered over Halloween weekend and naturally features a stop-motion skeleton, with the help of friends, putting in the work to enjoy the magic of recorded music. Watch it below.

Chimera marks the latest chapter in Panchiko’s unlikely revival. The Nottingham band originally recorded their cult release D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L as teenagers before fading from view, only to be rediscovered years later after a copy of the record surfaced in a charity shop and spread through online music communities. The renewed interest led the group to reunite and begin touring and recording again, this time for audiences far larger than any they had during their original run.

Panchiko’s current lineup features original members Andy Wright and Owain Davies alongside Robert Harris, Shaun Ferreday, and Jon Nellen.
