Ukraine will retaliate for Russian attack on Kyiv: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed Thursday to retaliate for Russia's strikes on Kyiv that killed at least 21 people and wounded dozens, as he visited an apartment block partially destroyed in the attack.
