Ally coalition is about 'putting Ukraine in the strongest position possible'

At least 25 heads of state, including Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, are attending a meeting of the Coalition of the willing on July 13, which comes the day before France's national public holiday Bastille Day.
