The mysterious Brooklyn collective Standing On The Corner released a new album last year, but you probably didn't hear it. You had to really work to hear S OTC (“II”) , since the LP has never appeared on a streaming service or anything. Instead, it was only available as a $50 DVD that you could buy from some guy with a bag full of them in Times Square on 9/11. That was it. It was the only way.
