The Queens-based musician James Palko is a busy man. Until recently, Palko played bass in Taking Meds. These days, he leads the power-pop Pretty Rude, who released their debut album Ripe last year. He also releases music under the name Jimmy Montague; his album Tomorrow's Coffee came out in 2024. And Palko has yet another project, Film Major, who dropped a new track on Sunday.
