Criminals hope by using threats of enforcement action, people will panic and click link to bogus parking app site You use parking apps a lot – you have several on your phone – but it is not always straightforward. Sometimes there is a lack of reliable mobile signal, or the app crashes or behaves oddly, or it does not seem to want to accept your bank card.
