Last month, they released " Easy Street ," a Nikki Lane collab with a beautifully ridiculous video, and frontman Josh Homme appeared on tracks from Shania Twain and Mastodon . As you have probably already surmised, QOTSA were in album rollout mode; they just weren't properly announcing it yet. Now, it's official.
