Over €400,000 in funding is set to be awarded to 32 clubs, radio stations and collectives in Berlin next month as part of the Clubcommission’s TAG DE CLUBKULTUR festival.
The annual festival, billed as a "recognition of Berlin club culture", is due to take place from October 3 - 11, with over 110 clubs and initiatives involved.
According to Resident Advisor , the festival will distribute €410,000 worth of grants between institutions within the club scene on Saturday, October 3. Funding applications have now closed.
The festival will feature a mix of live performances, DJ sets, panel talks, workshops, exhibitions, A/V shows, daytime club events and online sessions across the week.
Key events include a 49th anniversary party from Berlin’s oldest queer club SchwuZ, which was forced to close after filing for bankruptcy in late 2025, and a 15th anniversary party from Kreuzberg club Gretchen.
"Across the city, clubs and collectives will make their resilience visible and invite everyone to come together, exchange, and celebrate," TAG DE CLUBKULTUR said on Instagram .

The festival will operate under the motto "STAY CORE" this year, which it says "reflects on the meaning and importance of club culture, asking how it asserts itself when costs rise, spaces disappear, and pressure grows from all sides."
TAG DE CLUBKULTUR is organised by the Berlin Clubcommission, an advocacy group supporting Berlin nightlife and club culture, with a focus on "staying, caring, and resistance".
