Diddy Hospitalized With Head Injury

Diddy Hospitalized With Head Injury

The post Diddy Hospitalized With Head Injury appeared first on Stereogum .

Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence for two counts interstate transportation related to prostitution, handed down after a high-profile trial that saw Combs avoid convictions on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. But he was out of federal prison over the weekend for medical reasons.

Combs was transported out of Fort Dix in New Jersey around 1 a.m. Saturday and was hospitalized due to an undisclosed head injury, TMZ reports . The injury was apparently not serious because he was back behind bars before sunrise, reportedly conscious and able to speak normally.

"We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances," Combs’ spokesperson Juda Engelmayer told People . “Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out."

In recent weeks Combs was being kept in solitary confinement after NBC News reported that he was living luxuriously in prison, enjoying massages, liquor, and contraband phones. He's set for release on March 2, 2028.

In other Diddy news, in new court documents obtained by TMZ , he challenges male escort Clayton Howard's ability to sue him over his involvement in Diddy's "freakoff" sex parties, describing his attempts to sue as "beyond ludicrous." The filing reads, "Howard is a prostitute. He is paid for sex for a living. To perform his job, he sheds his clothes and personal effects to engage in an array of sexual acts, including vaginal and oral copulation. That is his professional pursuit, selling his body for cash to assist his curated clientele to achieve whatever sexual desire, fantasy or fetish is demanded."
