It also had a headlining set from Katy Perry, who was joined by the 10-year-old Norwegian singer Tius Luka for her 143 track "Wonder."
On Instagram before the performance, the pop star posted a video explaining that Tius Luka recorded his vocal part on "Wonder" in 2021 when he was five years old. "I heard his vocal in 2023 and was inspired to write the verses for 'Wonder' and added it to my sixth album," she wrote. "Tius is 10 now and flew all the way to LA from Norway to sing this song with me on Friday at the World Cup."

The first was Mexico City on Thursday at the Estadio Azteca, which had Shakira, Burna Boy, Maná, J Balvin, Belinda, Danny Ocean, Lila Downs, Los Ángeles Azules, and Tyla.
