Sonimus announces “next evolution” of console mixer emulation, S-Console
Recreating "the punch and three-dimensional sound that has shaped millions of records"
Sonimus has released the “next evolution” of its console mixer family, the S-Console emulation.
The 4K solid-state S-Console is a legendary analogue mixing console manufactured in Oxfordshire, which was used by many iconic '80s artists, including Prince, Phil Collins and George Michael.
The plug-in promises to recreate "the punch and three-dimensional sound that has shaped millions of records", retaining the harmonic richness and giving your tracks that glued together sound.
The successor to the Satson emulation, it's priced at an introductory $49. Find out more and pick one up from here .
Audio software company Sonimus is known for its emulations of analogue consoles, having previously put its name to the N-Console (a recreation of the 8014 British console), the aforementioned Satson, the A-Console and the T-Console (modelled on a classic 1960s tube console).
