Arca aired a selection of new material in a worldwide radio takeover last week (17th July)
Arca has announced a new 16-track album titled 'XXXXX', which is due for release on Friday 31st July via XL Recordings.
Alongside announcing the album, Arca also revealed news of a livestream that will air on 23rd July titled Diva.Experimental . Directed by Daniel Sannwald, and styled by Akeem Smith, it is said to offer fans an immersive "glimpse into the album’s world ahead of its official release".
Arca also aired a selection of new material in her recent worldwide radio takeover last week (17th July). The Venezuelan artist took over a number of radio platforms, including Kiosk Radio, NTS Radio, UCLA Radio, DUBLAB, East Village Radio and more. Check out all the stations below.
During the broadcast, Arca aired a 30-minute project called 'Airdoll', which you can listen back to via SoundCloud here .
Arca's last full-length record 'Kick IIIII' was released in 2021 as the final part of her 'KICK' album series. In 2025, she crafted the score to Bairro Triste by photographer and music video director Stillz.
Earlier this year, Arca dropped a remix of new Robyn single ‘Sexistential’ , featured on the popstar's album of the same name.
Arca is among the artists featured in Madonna’s new Confessions II, The Film . The 14-minute short, an accompaniment to her new album of the same name, also stars Honey Dijon and Cole Palmer and is directed by the filmmaking duo Torso.
