FKA twigs shares new single, ‘On Your Mind’, with Lil Yachty: Listen

‘On Your Mind’ is the first new music from twigs since her Grammy-winning 2025 album 'EUSEXUA' and its companion LP, 'EUSEXUA Afterglow' . The track was written earlier this year after visa issues ultimately led her to cancel festival appearances on her 'EUSEXUA' tour.
“i stayed late in the dance studio manically practicing in the hopes that the news was not true, and in denial that somehow i would still make it across the sea to perform for my amazing and loyal fans if i just practiced a bit more,” she wrote on Instagram last week (17th June). “it never ceases to amaze me how pain can manifest into the hardest and most euphoric sonics. i think making songs like this keeps me on my toes and reminds me that i am not in control.

Earlier this year, FKA twigs won a Grammy in the Best Dance/Electronic Album category for 'EUSEXUA' , which was released last January as the follow-up to 2019 LP 'MAGDALENE'.
The UK artist is also in an ongoing name dispute with '90s indie band The Twigs who she sued back in March following repeated threats of legal action over her stage name, FKA twigs. The band are demanding a “seven-figure payout to release any alleged claims”, after first targeting twigs over her original stage name, Twigs, back in 2013.
